The 23rd Arabic aAlphabets lesson Laam

A new Arabic Alphabet Lesson with the letter Laam, , There is only 5 letters left and we will be done with all the Arabic alphabets. Let us return to toady's lesson and the letter Laam.

Laam is considered as the 23rd alphabet and it's one of the most easy leters that can be written ( As all the letters can be written easy :) ), The letter Laam is written as ل easy isn't ?

Now let us deal with the 3 different formations of the letter Laam, using the Fatha, Damma and Kasra.

Let us start with the Laam with the Fatha, it will be pronounced as Laa, Written as لَ. Next the Laaam with the Kasra, It's pronounced as Lee, written as لِ. And finally the Laam with the Damma is pronounced as Loo written as لُ.

22nd Arabic lesson and the letter Kaaf

New lesson with the Arabic alphabet Kaaf, we will learn how to pronounce it the right way and the pronunciation with the 3 different formation as we always do in our Arabic alphabet lessons.

As we said before today's letter is called Kaaf written like ك and it's the 22nd Arabic alphabet. Now let us see how the letter Kaaf will be written and pronounced in the 3 different formations.

  • Kaaf with the Fatha is pronounced as Kaa. Written as كَ.
  • Kaaf with the Kasra is pronounced as Kee. Written as كِ.
  • Kaaf with the Damma is pronounced as Koo. Written as كُ.
Now it's your turn to take a pen and a peace of a paper and try to write it down and practice it.

Parts of the body in Arabic Part 2

Welcome to the 2nd part of our lesson about the body parts, for those who missed the 1st lesson kindly press on here.

In the 2nd part we will have 5 different words starting from the arm ending with the feet. So let us don't waste any time and start the lesson.

The word Arms in Arabic language is called "Theraa" and this is how it's written ذراع. I really recommend to watch the below video to know the exact right way of pronunciation.

Next we have the word hands, Which is in Arabic is called Yaad, written like this يد. And then the Arabic word which is called "Batten" in English it's the Stomach.

Now we have the lower part of the body which represents the Legs & Feet.Legs in Arabic language is called "Saaq" ساق. And the Arabic word "Qaadm" in Arabic represents the feet in English also, And that is how it should be written قدم.

Lessons 20 & 21 the letters Faa'a & Qaaf

New Arabic Lesson with 2 new Arabic letters which are the 20th & 21st, the letters are called Faa'a & Qaaf, we will learn how to pronounce both of them in the 3 different formations and how to write them down, as it's very important to practice writing the letters as we always do in out previous lessons.

So let us start with the letter Faa'a.

Faa'a is the 20th Arabic alphabet, it's written as ف. Now let us to learn how to write it and pronounce in the different formations.
  • Faa'a with the Faths is called Fa, written as فَ.
  • Faa'a with the Kasra is called Fe, written as فِ.
  • Finally Faa'a with theDamma is called Fo, written as فُ.

Parts of the body in Arabic Part 1

It's time to learn how to say the different body parts in Arabic. Our lesson will be divided into 2 parts, The 1st lesson or the 1st part of the lesson we will talk about the parts in the head, like eyes, nose, mouth etc... So let us start with the word Head, in Arabic is called Raa's written as رأس.
Now let us move to the Eye which called in Arabic Ayeen written as عين, but if we are saying eyes in's called Oyoun & written as عيون.

Next we will talk about the hair, called Shaa'r written like شَعر. Then we have the mouth, in Arabic it's pronounced as Fam, written like فَم, it's easily pronounced as easily written also.

Mostly commonly used words in winter in Arabic

Winter

Today we will learn the most used words that are related to winter in Arabic language to describe your feelings and needs in the winter.
We will learn 5 main words, just like.. Cold, Snow, Rain, Jacket, Gloves.

So if we need to say the word Cold in Arabic it's called "Barrd", and the word Snow it's in Arabic called "Thalg" and as a small note, in Arabic the words Snow & Ice have the same meaning in Arabic which is "Thalg".
Next we have the word Rain, it's in Arabic called "Mattar". Then we have the word Jacket, in Arabic it's also called "jacket", but in professional Arabic transulation it's called "Meaataf", and finally we have the word gloves, in Arabic called "Qafazat".

How to ask What is your name in Arabic

A very useful lesson you will have today, you will learn a how to ask a question where ever you are, so you can communicate with other, the good thing about our question today that it's used every where and any where, The question we will study today is how to ask What is your name in Arabic language.

What is your name
When you ask what is your name in Arabic, you should know there is a small difference if we are talking to male or a female, but when you replay "My name is...." there is no difference if the person who is replaying back is a male or female.

So when we ask what is your name to a male we say "Ma Ismouka?" and for a female we say "Ma Ismouki?", have you seen the difference in the end of the words !? the a & the i. Lessons 12 & 13: Detailed explanation with video about 12th & 13th Arabic letters Seen & Sheen

Seen & Sheen are the letters we learn about today in our today's Arabic Alphabet Lessons, Seen is the 12th alphabet in the Arabic Language, Sheen is the 13th. We classify the  the Seen & Sheen as a group as we did with the Daal & Thaal and Raa'a & Zain.

Both letters have the same look of writing, but the difference in the dots location as usual, Seen س, Sheen ش.
