How to say I like and I love in Arabic language

Welcome to our new Arabic lesson, today we will learn how to say I like and how to say I love in Arabic. OK let us start :)

We will learn how to say I like and I love in the present tense and past tense. So regarding the (I like) in the present tense it's called, Yogubne al... يعجبني ال, where the word Yogubne يعجبني means I like, and the word (the) is represented as ال and pronounced as Al.

Then we have the (I liked the), which is in Arabic represented as أعجبني ال pronounced as Agaabne al, where the word Agaabne أعجبني means ( I liked), and the Al ال means (the).

Make sure to practice writing down these words. Now let us to move to the word (I love) as present tense and past tense.

For the present tense the ( I love the) is written as احب ال Ohebo al, the word احب means (I love) and the (the) as we learned before is represented in Arabic as ال, now let us take the last part of our lesson which is the past tense of ( I loved the), in Arabic it's represented as احببت, احببت means ( I loved), Ahbabto Al

If you want to add a name of a person to I love, so no need to the ال Al, so it goes as follows, I love Sarah انا أحب ساره, And Ohebo Sarah.

So what you have to do while using these sentences is add any word or name you want, i will show you some examples below.

I like walking, يعجبني المشي, Yogubne Al Mashey.
I liked the book, أعجبني الكتاب, Agaabne al Ketab.
I love Sarah انا أحب ساره, And Ohebo Sarah.
I loved Jessy, أحببت جيشي, Ahbabto Jessy.

We are done with this lesson, please make sure to practice writing these words down and post it as a photo in the below comment box.

No i recommend watching the below video to get the right pronunciation of words.
